Fix fast user switching on MacOS

Sometimes when I'm using Jump Desktop I lose my ability to switch users on MacOS. I found a Reddit thread that discussed the same problem along with the only fix I've found that works.

1. Click the Apple icon in the upper-left hand corner
2. Click `Restart`
3. Click `Switch user`
4. Log in as the other user

This is very similar to trying to use the Lock screen to switch users but the problem this fixes if if you can't use fast user switching in the menu bar AND switching users on the lock screen doesn't work. So far, it's worked perfectly for me. Hopefully it'll work for you too!
